Getting Help

This forum is for help using the Avogadro scoring system, and the general process of getting help is like this:

• Search the forums first to see if someone has already asked the question you were going to ask.
• If you need help doing something or finding out if something is possible, ask it here in a new thread (use the topic icon for asking a new question, or to report an error). When reporting an error, please be sure to include the competition name the error is happening in, and your user level in the competition (judge, coach, or organizer)
• A member of the community or an Administrator will hopefully give you the answer and you can change the topic icon to to indicate it's solved, and leave it for future users to use as reference.
• If your error is due to a problem in the software, you may be asked by an Administrator to Report a Bug about your experience. Bugs are tracked separately using a Mantis bug tracking system, so they can be organized and worked into future versions. Visit this page to report a new bug.
